When you become stressed, the first thing you might sacrifice is your health. However, maintaining your physical, mental, and even financial wellness is vitally important.
To make maintaining your health easier, Health Promotion and Wellness, a part of the Penn State University Health Services, offers you convenient, free access to a variety of Wellness Services, encouraging you to develop healthier behaviors and achieve academic success. These include:

- Smoking/Nicotine Cessation
- Nutrition/Healthy Eating
- Physical Activity
- Sleep
- Stress (Relaxation and Time Management)
From student loans to sleep, learning about these topics will help you discover new ways to enhance your own health and wellness.
