The Career Services team at Penn State World Campus has created a new series of videos to provide internship advice from Penn State staff.
This series includes seven short videos, each less than six minutes long, and features insights from University employees including Sue Chappell, associate director of career services; Tina Rose, director of professional development and programming at the Smeal College of Business; and Sharon Fong, an academic adviser in the Eberly College of Science.
The staff members discuss important internship-related topics, including:
- how students can find internships
- career benefits of internships
- types of internship arrangements
- how to find out whether an internship will count for academic credit
