The Career Services team at Penn State World Campus has created a new series of videos that provide internship advice from employers.
The series includes nine short videos, each less than five minutes long. The employers share many valuable insights, including:
- how their organizations set clear expectations
- advice for students as they transition to the workforce
- qualities employers look for in successful interns
- ways their organizations promote diversity and establish an atmosphere of inclusion and belonging
